2008	2009	SİVAS ÇEMENT PLANT/ SİVAS, TURKEY I. ROTARY KILN MANTLE FABRICATION	Within the scope of thi project, Ø 2.952 Rotary Kiln mantle was fabricated.
2008	2009	ADANA CEMENT PLANT/ İSKENDERUN, TURKEY KLINGER MILL (133 Ton/ h.) DETAILED ENGINEERING, MECHANICAL STEEL CONSTRUCTION, FABRICATION, ERECTION AND COMMISSIONING	Within the scope of this project, fabrication and erection of 1 piece of LOESCHE mill (capacity of 133 Ton/h), 1 piece of SCHEUCH bag filter (capacity is 560.000 m3/h.), 2 pieces of of SIMGETEK bag filter (5000 and 9000 m3/h.), 2 pieces of silos ( capacity 30 m3), 3 pieces of belt conveyor systems,1 piece of AUMUND elevator (capacity 35 Ton/h.), 3 pieces of BEUMER elevators (capacity 203 Ton/h.) and fabrication and installation of 200 ton gas ducting were completed.
2007	2007	SİVAS CEMENT PLANTI/ SİVAS, TURKEY ROTARY KILN-1 AND -2 REHABILITATION	Within the scope of this project; Rotary kiln no:1: Bearing rings and shell are replaced by the new shell, and related weldings and NDT tests are completed. After that cold and hot runs are performed and have been released to service. Rotary kiln no:2: Inlet part of the 4th shell ( aproxx. 4,850 mt), has been replaced by the new shell, and related weldings and NDT tests and also cold and hot tests are performed and has been released to service.
1999	1999	SET ANKARA CEMENT PLANT/ ANKARA, TURKEY CEMENT MILL ERECTION	Within the scope of this project; erection of cement mill (FCB 3,4x12m.-1700Kw) and related mechanical works (installation of main steel structure, de-dusting ducts, chimney, chutes and gas ducts, pipe work, bag filter, pumps, compressor and elevators) and additional raw material silos modification and erection on site were completed.
1997	1997	SET ANADOLU ÇİMENTO/ AMBARLI, TURKEY FABRICATION AND ERECTION OF CEMENT GRINDING AND PACKAGING PLANTS	Within the scope of this project; fabrication and erection of new trass, gypsum, limestone raw material silos (total 260t.) and 440m. conveying system (800t) and steel structure and equipment installation (700t.) related to the grinding and packaging systems were completed.
1997	1997	NUH CEMENT PLANT/ HEREKE, TURKEY ROTARY KILN MODIFICATION AND GAMA METRIC APPARATUS REPLACEMENT	Within the scope of this project, modification of the rotary kiln (Ø4200mm.) first 28 metres from the beginning of the outlet and replacement of the gamma-metric apparatus and related conveying system modification were completed.
1996	1996	LAFARGE ASLAN ÇİMENTO/ DARICA, TURKEY ROTARY KILN RECONSTRUCTION	Within the cope of this project, re-fabrication and installation of the rotary kiln rings and shells, modification of the inlet and outlet of the cement mill, changing and replacing of thrust bearing cone and carrier were completed.
1994	1994	SET TRAKYA CEMENT PLANT/ PINARHİSAR, TURKEY 3rd CEMENT MILL INSTALLATION	Within the scope of this project; erection of cement mill (capacity 70 T./h.) and related mechanical works (installation of conveyors and elevators) were completed. Also additional raw material silos have been fabricated and erected at site.
1991	1992	SET TRAKYA CEMENT PLANT/ PINARHİSAR, TURKEY CAPACITY INCREASE AND MODERNIZATION	Within the scope of this project; preheater, coal grinding unit, clinker cooler and rotary kiln shell modification works to increase precalcination capacity from 800t/day to 1600 t/day clinker and 500 tons of dismantling and 1500 tons of erection and installation were completed.
1991	1991	IHI NORTH YEMEN CEMENT PLANT/ YEMEN CEMENT PLANT FABRICAYION WORKS	Within the scope of this project; 40 ton of pipes, 12 ton of profiles, 60 ton of cyclones and shots, 135 tons of steel construction were manufactured, packed and shipped.
1990	1990	YİBİTAŞ CEMENT/ YOZGAT, TURKEY CAPACITY INCREASE AND MODERNIZATION	Within the scope of this project; preheater tower 1st stage cyclones, all cyclone plumbing and flow pipes, transfer chamber V. cyclone ceiling and rotary inlet opening modification, renovation of the 35-mt portion of the rotary kiln (DH: 4600 mm, K.70 mm), cooling unit hopper and chute renewal, klinger cooling unit chassis, cooling plate shaft connection rods and piv gear box displacement, klinger breaker renewal, rotary kiln displacement and finishing were completed.
1988	1989	AKÇİMENTO CEMENT PLANT/ İSTANBUL, TURKEY CAPACITY INCREASE AND MODERNIZATION	Within the scope of this project; preheater tower payrokolon, cyclone, raw meal flow pipes fabrication and erection, rotaryn kiln inlet modification, all preheater blasting and painting works, manufacture and installation of raw meal group (hammer mill, separator, band roads, gas ducts) and crushing press equipment fabrication and erection, jet-pulse filter assembly, gas cooling tower and gas duct manufacturing and erection, hammer mill disc group fabrication, gravel bunkers fabrication works were completed.
