S355J2 THICKENER (Ø20000 x 6750mm - 47ton) with total weight of 136 ton, 4 units of process tanks were fabricated to be used at Phosphoric Acid Plant. SIMGETEK`s scope of works comprises of design calculations in accordance with API 650 standards, detailed engineering, preparation of fabrication drawings, fabrication, supply of the project`s steel materials, site erection and tests. |

Within the scope of this project; 1 ea. SS 904L DIHYDRATE CAKE HOPPER (5300 x 5100 x 5120mm , Total Weight: 17 ton) 1 ea. SS 904L CLOTH WASH HOPPER (5250 x 4500 x 2835mm , Total Weight: 6 ton) with total weight of 23 ton, 2 units of SS 904L hoppers were fabricated and erected. SIMGETEK`s scope of works comprises of design calculations in accordance with ASME Sec.VIII Div.1 or FEA, detailed engineering, preparation of fabrication drawings, fabrication, supply of the project`s steel materials, site erection and tests. In addition to aforementioned equipments; total of 150 ton chute, duct and pipe connection parts comprising of 132 ton of carbon steel, 17 ton of SS 904L and 1 ton of Hastelloy C276 were fabricated and erected. |

SIMGETEK`s scope of works comprises of design calculations in accordance with ASME Sec.VIII Div.1 or FEA, detailed engineering, preparation of fabrication drawings, fabrication, supply of the project`s steel materials, site erection and tests. In addition to aforementioned equipment fabrications; total of 370 ton of chute and duct comprising of 232 ton of carbon steel (S235JR and P265GH), 13 ton of 16 m3 and 125 ton stainless steel (SS 316L and SS 321) were fabricated and erected to be used at the Sulphuric Acid Plant and at the Roasting Plant . |
